Anna Silk

Anna Silk was born in the month of January in 1974. The most famous role she has played is Bo who is from Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was created in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay who is producer and director of drama in St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. Her father, Peter who was an academic, worked at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall her earliest memories of childhood, like taking part in rehearsals of plays. Silk was a part of a variety of commercials as a child. She was in 1997 when she earned a bachelor's degree at St. Thomas University. Early theater work includes at the very least two productions for Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk was moved to Toronto, Canada in November of 1999 to continue her acting. Then she moved into Los Angeles California during the following decade. She met her future spouse, Seth Cooperman, at an actor's training located in Los Angeles in 2007. When she got engaged in 2008, the couple got married in 2009. They were married in Fredericton on April 10th the couple renewed their vows, following Silk's decision to convert to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron, Silk's second son was born in May of 2016. Silk's TV work includes her role in Being Erica as Cassidy Holland and she received the Gemini Awards nod in 2009. In 2009 she landed the main character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television show Lost Girl. Silk announced to the fans her good news that she had become pregnant during the filming of Season 3 in an exclusive pre-show to promote Season Three. This was broadcasted by Showcase at an exclusive Season Three show held January 6, 2013 before the series' premiere. On June 4 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced that production was beginning on the fourth season. On the 20th of June 2013 Silk announced via Twitter that she was ready to return to the set of the show. Silk's portrayal of Bo along with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as lovers with the same gender in the show Lost Girl was named one of the all-time Top TV Couples from CNN (Cable News Network) and declared Top Television Couple of 2013. The same was done by E! Entertainment Television. Silk is one of the most popular shows on social networks.
