Megan Gale
Gale was just 18 when she won a modeling competition in Perth. Gale was the winner of a modeling competition in Perth at the age of 18. After a few years in the modeling industry, Gale became famous when she was asked to be the main character in an advertisement for Omnitel the Italian telecoms company (now Vodafone Italy). The ads featured her up to 2006 and was subsequently chosen with the Australian Tourist Commission as the face of Australia for Italy.' Gale's cover appearances comprise of Australian Marie Claire, Grazia and Gioia. Italian and Australian GQ and Maxim. Australian InStyle. Gale also appears in the editorials of Australian Cosmopolitan, Vogue Italia and Australian Cosmopolitan. Gale has been a model in Italian fashion houses, including Gianfranco Ferre Genny, Gai Mattiolo as well as runway shows on behalf of Mariella Burani, and Angelo Marani at Milan Fashion Week. 9 Gale has also been a big fan of numerous Australian designers like Colette Dinnigan, Kirrily Johnston, Lisa Ho, Willow and Alex Perry. She was also the fashion editor for Australian television's Logies awards in the year 2006. Gale quit modeling runways in January of 2008, after fifteen years. The last time she walked the runway at the David Jones Winter Collection Launch in Sydney the following week. Gale wore her Wonder Woman costume she had thought of wearing in film Justice League of America film, which was still being made. In the month of March, Gale returned to the runway, and ended Alex Perry's Melbourne Fashion Festival show.
